Keith explains how a golf club is made up from a shaft , club head and grip.
Helping the new golfer to understand how a golf club is made, and why all golfers should be fitted with his or her own set of clubs.
To have clubs that are too heavy can cause restrictions with your swing.
So do not let this be your handicap. Golf clubs are like your shoes. If your shoes do not fit your feet will hurt , this applies to your clubs if they do not fit, your game will suffer. If you have a physical discomfort or limitation , talk to your club pro or your teaching pro. If you want to play your best you owe this to yourself, to have your clubs checked and fitted.
You need to have a check list of your setup and your swing thoughts .
A simple list should be as follows:
Remember it's a game and have fun
